How do I measure for the right curtain size?
For height, measure from the rod/track to where you want the curtain to end. For width, we recommend 2x the width of your rod for a 'full' gathered look. Detailed guides are available on each product page.
Can I customize the height of the curtains?
Yes! You can choose the 'Custom' size option on any product page to enter your specific height and width requirements. For bulk custom orders or special requests, you can also reach out to us on WhatsApp.
Are the curtains blackout or light-filtering?
Navkar offers both! Every product description specifies whether the fabric is 'Blackout' (100% light blocking) or 'Light Filtering' (soft glow). Check the labels on the product pages.
What is your return policy for custom items?
We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. A return handling fee of ₹500 per panel will be deducted to cover reverse shipping. However, please note that custom length orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Read our full Return Policy.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account, go to the 'Orders' section, and click on 'Track'. You'll see a real-time status line for every step of the delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
To provide a secure and contactless experience, we currently offer all forms of online payments including UPI, Cards, and Net Banking across all our orders.
